  • Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

 

2. Return Process

 

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
